30 Days ui/ux Design Challenge-Day 7

Welcome to day 7 of my 30 days of UI element design with context,Nobody enjoys a 404 error page. (maybe only designers I guess ,who love to make things human friendly :)
So i asked my self, why does designers and developers waste time crafting a great 404 error page.

What exactly is a 404 error message?

The error that is displayed on a website when you ask a website to show you information that is NOT available on their website.(Basic Meaning).

A great 404 page must-have the following Merits

1. Link to the site map and the homepage

2. a search box

3. a distinctly minimalist look.

In recent times organizations have been trying their best to add humor to the 404 pages to make their customer cheerful whenever they encounter it.cause in most cases you will be auto- redirected back to the home page without letting customers know what went wrong. It adds worries and this feeling of low self-confidence that users don’t know what they are doing totally on your page.
